The Present Perfect Tense

The Present Perfect Tense  
                 
              Subject +Have/ Has + Participle+ Compliment

The present perfect tense is formed from the present tense of the verb Has, Have and the Past participle of a verb.

Meaning
                                I.            Somebody has done something.

                            III.            Something has happened.
